200 Year Storm, De-Commissioning & Re-routing of High Voltage Cables cutting
across the site.
WMS Ltd were approached by Client and Client's Agent in 2006 to come on board and act as their Design Build Construction Advisors. Their remit - to deliver project @ £35/sq foot. WMS Ltd developed Client brief through their requirements and co-ordinated all front end activities, specifications, budget costs, planning, tender negotiations, public utility negotiations including the diversion of high voltage cables running across the site.
The Project increased quite dramatically in size and WMS Ltd were asked to value engineer the Design Build to remain within the required square foot rate.
WMS Ltd entered negotiations on behalf of their Client to provide a contractor who could deliver the product under the guidance of WMS.
