New £450k Office Extension, Office Refurbishment and new Access Road and Car Park for FMC Kongsberg Services Ltd, Aberdeen

This project involved the stripping out, completely of all offices on 1st & 2nd Floor, the creation of a new 1st floor Office Extension into FMC Kongsberg Services Ltd Low Bay Production Workshop and a New Restaurant / Canteen
A Phased Plan was worked to permit FMC to remain operational throughout the Upgrading Works, where the 1st Floor and 1st Floor Extension became Phase 1 & on completion FMC Personnel took temporary occupancy to permit the Ground Floor Offices and New Canteen.
The Ground Floor Offices incorporated a new Corporate Board Room as well as upgrading all Personnel Offices.

The 3rd Phase of the Project was to provide FMC Kongsberg Services Ltd with a New Access Road linking Buildings 1 & 2 together and the addition of much needed Car Parking Spaces.

The Project was completed ahead of Timescale and on Budget.

External Works begin creating new access road linking Buildings 1 and 2 and provision of additional car parking. New surface water drainage, french drain and protection of existing fibre optic cable and test station for existing interceptor all formed part of contract.
